Ann Sanders is one of the leading saddle fitters in the US. For over 30 years, Ann has helped in the design of new saddles and has led the country in sales for leading saddle brands. Her technical expertise and her ability to train new fitters are highly sought after in the Equine industry. As the CTO, her job is to train the fitter and tack shop network on the technical aspects of the EQBS lines as well as work with them to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Lou Traiforos has over 30 years of experience in recruiting and developing large independent sales networks in direct-to-consumer, B2B, retail, and wholesale. As the CSO, his role will be to recruit top saddle fitters and key tack shops throughout the US to represent the EQBS brands.

Patricia “Trish” Baker comes to EQBS with over 15 years of experience in the Equine industry. Trish has strong saddle fitting skills and design knowledge of multiple brands. Trish has an impressive marketing and outreach background. As the CMO, her focus will be on driving interest and leads for the brands at CSS and working together with Ann to develop the next generation of innovative products in the industry.
